I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Ada Homes Hotel Taksim. It was just a minute's walk from Istiklal Avenue and three minutes from Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options. The hotel's proximity to the vibrant nightlife was a bonus for younger visitors like myself.

Very nice small new hotel just next to Taksim and Istiklal. It is on a small street, so relatively quiet, though close to many restaurants, bars, shops etc. The room was very clean. I was told they have both small and bigger rooms. The reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast might be a bit improved.

Friendly helpful desk staff Cleanliness of room Good bathrrom facilities
Very little space in the room, would have felt very crowded if there had been 2 people even though it was a double room. My room was on the first floor and there was no barrier between the entrance, stairwell and the door of my room so it was quite noisy.

We stayed at Forbes Suites for 2nights. It was really handy to the Metro station but also just around the corner from Istaklal where all the awesome restuarants and bars are. The owner is very very helpful, friendly and approachable. We had been struggling for a while to book bus tickets from Istanbul to Bulgaria, he sorted it out for us within 10minutes. The receptionist (Unal) was also very friendly and his english was really good which is helpful. Many thanks

Had a great xmas holiday! the hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. Loved the two complementary drinks at the bar and having a delicious breakfast before exploring the city. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the lively streets and finding great places to eat. Another advantage of this hotel was the comfortable beds and pillows that gave me a good night's sleep.
The noise levels from outside the hotel were loud and distracting, making it difficult to relax at times. the room decor could use an update and a little more attention to detail from housekeeping.

Location is very good, close to all amenities and easy to transfer form the airport. It is fairly new and fresh and clean.
Despite calling and pre-arranging a promised early morning breakfast as our flight was leaving at an unsociable hour, they "forgot" and we had nothing to eat or drink. Very disappointing. Also as brother and sister, despite sharing the same surname we wanted twin beds, not the double we were given that they then refused to change as they were full and had assumed we were husband and wife. Very unporfessional. Reception staff - one was very snappy and unhelpful . This did spoil our stay and we will not return here.
